Administrative Assistant/Appointment Setter

Blue Energy Electric is a rapidly expanding industry. We need an enthusiastic and energetic assistant/appointment setter to maintain our current growth. As we grow, the possibilities for your growth increase as well.  



  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Knowledge of general office procedures

  • Knowledge of the permitting process 

  • General knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting of office equipment

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • Skilled in computer operations including word processing, Quickbooks, Hubspot, database management, and Internet access

  • Ability to speak clearly and confidently about the solar industry 

  • Ability to proactively manage multiple work tasks in a timely manner

  • This position requires quality written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated by the ability to establish and maintain relationships with people

  • The ideal candidate for this position is gregarious, confident and able to function well in a team-oriented environment




  • Scan and distribute mail to staff as appropriate

  • Must be able to run errands and pick up office supplies with their own vehicle ( miles reimbursed)  

  • Coordinate office contracts for phone and other technical services

  • Coordinate project procurement of equipment and logistics including arranging and tracking international shipments under direction of Project Managers

  • Assist with the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions 

  • Review and record incoming payments

  • Review and process staff expense reports

  • Process monthly credit card statements including: review of statement for proper charges, collection of supporting documents, and coding and entry into the financial system

  • Provide assistance as required during the annual audit

  • Calling our daily leads and book their appointments 

  • Entry of appointments and tracking where each customer stands into our CRM along with booking and confirming owners schedules

  • Provide other administrative and logistical support as required by BEE staff

  • Update Quickbooks on a weekly basis 

  • Pull permits for each job as requested by the owners of BEE  

  • Have knowledge of Hubspot and or be willing to learn and use the continuing education courses to utilize all the services offered

  • Complete Solar Energy knowledge courses as needed 

  • Competent in Excel, Word, MS Project, and Google drive

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Bilingual is prefered but not mandatory

  • 1 year of sales experience

  • Proven track record of sales and/or lead generation experience

Proficient in Google Drive, Quickbooks and CRM tools

Compensation and Job Type:

Located in our Stuart Office: 7813 SW Ellipse Way, Unit F12, Stuart FL 34997
- Full Time: M-F 8am- 5pm with 1 hour for lunch, Paid 8 hour workday
- Need someone to start as soon as April 11, 2022
- Interviews will be held at our office or via Zoom the last week of March and first week of April

- $15-$18 per hour based on experience. Paid every week with direct deposit
- Earn extra money through referrals- we pay $500 for the 1st referral and $1000 for everyone thereafter, no cap. Must be able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation
